PARTICIPATION in the AUCTION: Deposit of the offer corresponding to the procedure, participation in the AUCTION accompanying the CUSTOMER by providing suggestions and technicalities resulting from thirty years of experience.
AFTER THE AWARD: Completion of the procedures and complete management of relations with the court, with the delegate, with the administrator, with any occupants of the property. Resolution of any building abuses and various problems. The new owner will finally be able to decide whether to keep the property for himself or arrange for a possible SALE by relying on the skills of our team.
